Another wad of the national lottery funds went to good causes last month with £1 million going to Transform the Bridewell museum in Norwich.
The Museum will be closed for 3 years, untill summer 2011. In order to use the £998,000 to make the museum more accesable for disabled users, and to create a new entrance and shop area.
The bridewell museum is a big deal to the people of norwich as it explains the history of trade and industry in Norwich, including textiles and shoes, which made the city wealthy in the past.
Well done to the lottery heritage fund and the norwich local council and norwich museum friends for providing the funds requires for this renovation.
